1. Free delivery across Tamil Nadu

We offer free doorstep delivery across Tamil Nadu on our products. For locations outside our regular routes, our team will confirm feasibility and any charges before your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery time

In and around Thoothukudi, most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Other parts of Tamil Nadu typically take 3–7 working days depending on the product and location. Large appliances may be scheduled at a convenient time.

3. Order updates

You'll get updates by call/WhatsApp as your order is confirmed and dispatched. You can also track it any time on the Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.

4. Installation & demo

Products that need installation (ACs, washing machines, water heaters, TVs) are installed by the brand's authorised technician or our service team. We help you schedule it — see Book Service.

5. At the time of delivery

Please check the product and packaging before accepting. If anything looks damaged, don't accept it and call us right away — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Payment options
